Utilisations : Diluer à utiliser dans des mélanges pour les massages musculaires et lunaires. Très utilisée dans le monde culinaire, une goutte d'Huile Essentielle de Basilic est parfaite dans l'huile d'olive, le thé au miel, les soupes, les vinaigrettes et autres délices salés. Une goutte ou deux ajouteront une saveur profonde, épicée et sublime de basilic à n'importe quel plat culinaire. Diffusez avec des huiles d'agrumes et de sapins; à utiliser en pipe à sel avec les huiles de Pamplemousse et d'Eucalyptus.
Contre-indications : Ce basilic doux de la variété linalol à faible estragole est très doux, il est pourtant recommandé d'éviter le basilic pendant la grossesse.
