Se marie bien avec : citron, graines de carotte, encens, curcuma, inule et romarin.
Utilisations : Calme. Réprimande. Diluer à 1% pour masser doucement sur le ventre des bébés. Fait fondre les muscles nerveux. Utilisé comme huile aromatique pour remplacer l'herbe séchée ou fraîche. Une goutte dans les vinaigrettes, dans un filet d'huile d'olive pour les concombres et les courges, sur les pommes de terre vapeur et dans le bortsch frais.
L'aneth fait partie du parapluie floral, ombellifères , famille botanique. C'est un proche cousin du carvi et les graines, qui sont de minuscules fruits aplatis, sont utilisées de la même manière épicée.
