Il a été utilisé pendant des siècles par les femmes berbères et les peuples du désert pour apaiser la peau desséchée qui a été endommagée par les vents violents du désert et un soleil impitoyable. Pressée à froid à partir de la graine de figuier de Barbarie, cette huile luxueuse nourrit, hydrate et fortifie la peau qui a besoin d'une oasis.

Riche en composés naturels de cactus, en vitamines C et E vitales, en antioxydants et en beaux acides gras polyinsaturés, l'huile de figue de barbarie apaise les peaux sèches et irritées et adoucit les cicatrices. Il suture et apaise les peaux surexposées aux intempéries ou simplement exposées aux années. Il est aussi hydratant et rafraîchissant qu'une oasis dans le désert, et il s'absorbe en douceur pour que la peau soit douce et souple.
