L'Huile Essentielle de Cognac Blanc Captivant est distillée à partir de la «lie», qui est le précipité de vin des fûts de chêne après que le Cognac a été correctement vieilli. Le processus de distillation à la vapeur élimine l'alcool et capture l'esprit aromatique de cette essence fruitée et euphorique. Le cognac ajoute du charisme aux eaux de Cologne et aux parfums en s'imprégnant de notes fruitées de muscat qui apportent de la légèreté aux sapins, aux fleurs et aux racines.

Se marie bien avec : coriandre, ylang, vétiver, citron, bergamote, cardamome, lavande, feuille de magnolia, fleur de magnolia, vanille, néroli, osmanthus, rose, menthe poivrée, tabac, sapin de Douglas, champa rouge, romarin, sapin argenté, vanille et Absolu de Fleur d'Oranger.
Utilisations : Parfait en parfumerie où ses notes de fond vertes uniques et tenaces laissent place à une arche champenoise herbacée diffusive qui relève les autres notes. Le designer Tom Ford utilise l'essence de Cognac dans son parfum de marque privée Champaca Absolute.
